Marie Jeruc, CPA, MSM

With a curious nature and strong critical thinking skills, Marie enjoys researching challenging topics and presenting her findings to colleagues and clients. She values clear, concise communication — always listening closely to clients’ needs and concerns to help develop a realistic solution. Marie takes pride in providing high-quality deliverables at each step of the project, from planning the engagement to mailing the tax return. 

Since beginning her public accounting career in 2020, Marie has primarily worked with registered funds, including mutual funds, ETFs, closed-end funds and interval funds. Her technical areas of focus include regulated investment company (RIC) qualification testing, pass-through investments and derivatives. Marie also works with a selection of fund-of-fund and master-feeder funds to stay sharp on partnership taxation and compliance.

Marie resides in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, with her husband and their daughter, dog and two cats. She enjoys hiking, camping, long bike rides and exploring in the woods. In college, Marie spent a summer solo backpacking around Europe, with her favorite stop being Ljubljana, Slovenia.
